Hello, I would like to clarify one question. But I don't even know how to ask. With all this terrible situation going on in the world, will I be able to get my doll? I recently noticed that the order status has changed to Preparing Shipment. Therefore, I want to ask if anything has changed because of what is happening?

We'd like to tell you that all parcels to Russia have been suspended. We are very sorry for the sudden situation. Actually, we are going to ship out next week. Thank you very much! I really hope that this situation will end soon and everything will be fine! Because it's terrible and we're all in shock. I pray that everything ends well and people don't suffer.
