Hi IOS Staff.

Good day to you.

I just want to inform you that I received my order 20210407-0000037. It is for 1 Class 70 body.

However, the body in question has bit of scratch, please see attached photos. I am not sure if it happened in transit.

Aside from it, I noticed that there are visible seam lines. How does it occur and I would like to know if it is deemed as an issue or not?

First of all, the seam line is a line that inevitably occurs during the production of ball jointed doll, it is usually called 'parting line'. Every company's dolls have this 'parting line', and our dolls are being removed as much as possible and sent to customers. The degree shown in the picture is common and not the defect of the product.

And regarding the mark, it is judged that it is not a defect in the product to the extent shown in the picture. Generally, if you play with a doll, you can get a mark on the surface, but you can easily erase it by rubbing it with ultra fine sandpaper.
If you find a part which has deep digging damage in other parts of the body and it cannot be erased even with sandpaper, absolutely we will send you the parts.
